About the event
Wellness Yoga is a class designed to help practitioners become more attuned with their inner landscape, so that it becomes easier to identify and respond to one’s personal needs. Each class session will offer an opportunity for breath work (pranayama), meditation, slow-flow guided and unguided movement (asana), restorative postures, and a generous Savasana (period of complete rest).
