About the event
Power Flow yoga with Kate offers an invitation for practitioners to explore movement and breath in a mindful and powerful way. Each class offers a unique flow of breath work, brief meditation, and sustained yoga shapes designed to help participants find challenge, creativity, and self-compassion on the mat and beyond. Participants are offered a range of options for moving their bodies in supportive and challenging ways, to the extent they choose. Any amount of yoga experience is welcome.Â
