About the event

Power Flow yoga with Kate offers an invitation for practitioners to explore movement and breath in a mindful and powerful way. Each class offers a unique flow of breath work, brief meditation, and sustained yoga shapes designed to help participants find challenge, creativity, and self-compassion on the mat and beyond. Participants are offered a range of options for moving their bodies in supportive and challenging ways, to the extent they choose. Any amount of yoga experience is welcome. 

Hope to see you for self-care the fun way on Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm! This class is accessible with the purchase of a day pass or membership with High Point Climbing and Fitness. Check in with High Point's front desk staff to register.

Forest Wedding

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kate. She asked us thought provoking and engaging questions which helped us put into words what had drawn us together as a couple. As she got to know us as a couple and individuals, she began to tailor the ceremony so that it best reflected what marriage meant to us. Every time we met with Kate, we left the meeting feeling stronger and greater clarity regarding what our marriage and ceremony would represent.

Kate was excellent at logistical planning. She perfectly understood a variety of traditions and ceremony structures and allowed us the flexibility to choose what best represented us. The ceremony was beautiful and multiple wedding attendees stated that it was the best ceremony they had ever attended. Kate is also the kindest and most welcoming person. She  was our favorite person to work with throughout the whole wedding process.
