Do you struggle to slow down enough to take care of yourself?

This workshop series explores how stress works and ways you can relax. Each week we’ll learn a new awareness practice and enjoy a series of restorative yoga postures.

Participants will leave each session with one more tool for better self-care.

Cost per Session: $40.00

Forest Wedding

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kate. She asked us thought provoking and engaging questions which helped us put into words what had drawn us together as a couple. As she got to know us as a couple and individuals, she began to tailor the ceremony so that it best reflected what marriage meant to us.
